Northwood has released new renderings of The Bowl, a new dining and retail district in the heart of Ballantyne. In the photo, you can see Olde Mecklenburg Brewery’s new location, the six-acre Stream Park behind The Ballantyne, six new roads lined with restaurants and multifamily towers with street-level retail, and a 3,500-person amphitheater, all set to be completed in late 2023.
